Return Process

  Log into your Aljawal Shop account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack the Device

  Securely place the electronic device, along with all original accessories, manuals, and cables, back into its original retail box and shipping carton.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for safe transit back to our inspection center.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
